The short version

We store what the product needs to track your review progress, and nothing else. No advertising, no analytics trackers, no selling data. Deleting your account erases all of it, immediately and permanently.

What we store

Your account: your email address and a hashed password, handled by our authentication provider (Supabase). If you sign in with Google, we store the email Google shares.

Your profile: the name you tell us to call you, which exam level you are preparing for (Professional or Sub-Professional), and your exam date if you set one.

Your study record: the practice items you answer and whether you got them right, your practice sessions, the ability estimates the adaptive engine computes from your answers, your streaks, your per-topic mastery state, and which lessons you have read and how you did on their quizzes. This is the product — an adaptive reviewer cannot adapt without it.

What we do not do

There is no advertising and there are no third-party analytics or tracking scripts on this site. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with anyone. Cookies are used only to keep you signed in.

Where it lives

Data is stored with Supabase in the Asia-Pacific (Singapore) region, protected by row-level security: your rows are readable by your account and by no other user’s.

How long we keep it

Until you delete your account. There is no separate retention period and no archive: every table holding your data is wired to erase your rows the moment your account is deleted.

Deleting your data

Go to your profile and use “Delete my account”. It is immediate, it is permanent, and it takes your whole study record with it — answers, sessions, streaks, mastery, lesson history, everything. There is no grace period and no recovery.

Contact

A contact address will be published here before public launch. Until then, this policy is honest about that gap rather than listing an address nobody answers.
