Eligible is an independent review tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Civil Service Commission. Exam facts on this site — formats, item counts, passing standards — are transcribed from the CSC’s own published announcements, and everything else is our original work. The CSC’s official channels are the only authority on the examination itself.

A study tool: original practice items, lessons, and an adaptive engine that estimates where you stand. Your account is yours alone — one examinee preparing for their own exam. Sharing an account defeats the adaptivity and is not supported.

We tell you the truth about your readiness, including when it is bad news. What we cannot do is promise a result: passing the Civil Service Examination depends on you and on the exam itself. A readiness estimate is an estimate.

Every practice item and lesson here is originally authored against the CSC’s published coverage outline. The content is for your personal review. Scraping, copying, or republishing the item bank is not permitted.

Do not attempt to extract answer keys outside of normal practice, probe other users’ data, or use automation to farm the item bank. We may close accounts that do.

You can delete your account at any time from your profile. Deletion is immediate and erases your data completely — see the Privacy Policy.

If these terms change, the effective date above changes with them. Continued use after a change is acceptance of it.
